Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, display name and sign-in credentials.

Content: prompts you enter, images you upload, artwork you generate, and project files you save in the editor.

Order and store data: order details, shipping addresses, and — when you connect a store — the products and orders we sync from Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy or Wix on your behalf.

Payment data: payments are processed by our payment provider; we store purchase records (amounts, credits granted) but never your full card number.

Usage data: with your consent, anonymised analytics about how the service is used (see the cookie policy).

Campaign link tracking: when you open a PrintMagic short link (printmagic.ai/api/public/go/…), we count the click with only the time, a rough country and the referring site — no IP address or identity. If you have allowed advertising cookies (or live where consent isn't required and haven't opted out), we store a first-party pm_attr cookie for 30 days so a signup, purchase or order can be credited to the campaign that linked you. This data stays with PrintMagic and the creator who ran the campaign; it is not sold or shared with ad platforms. Withdraw any time via Cookie settings, which deletes the cookie.

To run your account, generate and store your artwork, charge credits, fulfil and track print orders, sync your connected stores, send order confirmations and service emails, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: hosting and database infrastructure, AI generation providers (your prompts and images, to produce artwork), print partners (Printful, Printify — artwork and shipping details, to fulfil orders), store channels you connect, our payment provider, and our email delivery service. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Account and content data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax. You can delete individual designs at any time; deleting your account removes your personal data except records we must keep by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us. EU/UK/Swiss users: optional cookies stay off until you accept, and you can withdraw consent any time via Cookie settings.

We use encrypted connections, encrypted credential storage for connected stores, and access controls. No method is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.
